• To over look /update daily base expenses  sheet in company
  • To update and overlook advances of overall employees
  • Communicate with Head of accounts as well as G.M Regarding pervious  pending receiving payments
  • Look after all financial aspects of the venders, suppliers ,in-house working and travelling expenses.
  • Receiving pending  vouchers  from vendors and delivery officers
  • Maintain soft and hard documentations
  • Coordinate with G.M for  general administration support
  • Verify all expenses
  • Communicating with the supervisors, peers, sub-ordinates, suppliers and venders.
  • Handover salaries on montly base and receiving sign evidence.
  • Comparative Report of Actual Expenses Vs Budgeted Expenses of the company
  • Company Budgeting.
  • Monthly banks reconciliations till 12th of every month.
  • Send Balance Confirmation Letters (quarterly) to all vendors in coordination with operation executive
