GCS Information Technology Services (Microsoft Gold Certified, Midmarket Solution provider, Managed service provider) is looking for an experienced and self-driven Technical Support Engineer to join our team.
- As a Technical support engineer you'll have responsibility for setting up, developing and maintaining computer networks within an organization or between organizations remotely in USA.
- Provide support to users, who can be staff and/or clients, and troubleshoot any problems that arise.
- You may, in some cases, also be involved in designing new networks.
- The selected candidate will work with in full coordination with Technical staff such as CTO, Chief System Architects and other team members.
