We are looking for a passionate Chartered Accountant who possesses an excellent knowledge of various Organizational manufacturing process, land accruing, business process flow & reporting to management.

  • Developing a project charter & project management plan
  • Defining and managing scope, creating a work breakdown structure (WBS), and requirements gathering
  • Planning, defining, and developing schedules, activities, estimating resources and activity durations
  • Planning and estimating costs, and determining budgets, identifying quality requirements, resource needs & communications
  • Planning for and identifying potential risks, performing qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, and planning risk mitigation strategies
  • Directing and managing all work for the project
  • Performing all aspects of managing quality
  • Selecting, developing, and managing the project team
  • Managing all aspects of communications
  • Take action on securing necessary procurements
  • Monitoring and controlling the project work and managing any necessary changes
  • Controlling project costs and the quality of deliverables
  • Controlling all team and stakeholder communications and procurements
  • Closing all phases of the project and all project procurements
  • Perform key project management activities like planning, work allocation and tracking, end to end delivery, day today interaction with onsite, status reporting, performance reporting, quality assurance activities, etc.
  • Manage projects related to environmental compliance and cultural resource management, including client contact, task order management, budget control, invoicing, schedule, personnel allocation/planning, and subcontractor involvement.
  • Understand the complexity of the projects, identify and involve the right mix of resources.
  • Identify the tracks / modules and allocate the same to Senior Product Specialists.
  • Identify best practices, share and ensure adoption of best practices (eg architectural artifacts, interface, tools etc) by the team
  • Provide recommendations (eg product implementation, platform identification, architecture suitability, gap analysis, customization/bolt on development and integration, product maintenance).
  • Participate and provide inputs in design and architecture reviews.
  • Collaborate in an integrated team with engineers, scientists, planners, regulators, and other stakeholders.
  • Management of all pre-production activities including; land acquisition & Approvals, production activities (production plant order, clearance, installation & others)
  •  Ensure all production processes are executed as per standards.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Group) as well as external associates
  • Assist in due diligence processes, in coordination with multiple stakeholders and departments
  • Support the enhancement of the development team’s processes and procedures
  • prioritize, perform multiple duties and track projects
  • Management of all production activities including; operations, day to day management of production activities
