- Document preparation for respective country's legal Compliance requirements.
- Drafting Contracts and Agreements and other legal documents.
- Liaison with Representative of Embassies, Consulates, and third-party services for the legalization of documents.
- Awareness of Trademark Laws.
- Following up with corporate lawyers regarding the firm's legal disputes.
- Any such administrative task which comes under the Legal department as required.
Requirements:
- LLB or LLM degree from a reputable institution.
- 3 to 5 years of corporate legal experience or with any law firm.
- Must know legal documentation and its peculiarities.
- Must have an excellent command of English.
- Excellent command over MS Office.
- Able to perform in a fast pace work environment and handle work pressure.
