- Develop and maintain comprehensive social media strategy that defines how social media marketing techniques will be applied to increase visibility and traffic.
- Plan, generate, edit, publish and share daily content to over different social networks.
- Explore and identify ways to integrate social media into business strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics.
- Develop a strategy and implement a proactive process for capturing customer online reviews.
- Monitor online ratings and respond accordingly.
