Job Role
- Follow up and maintain leads generated in our database/system and distribute accordingly with our Sales Team.
- Excellent communication skills, proficient in English as you will be taking extra mile to call leads and existing Customer to sell the Products.
- Building effective relationships with prospective Clients and Sales Team
- Researching new leads and reviewing existing leads
- Strong presence and engagement across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.Keeping them up to date and engaging with creative content form to get Customer's attention.
- Keep records of calls, sales and record useful information.
- Ability to handle client queries.
