Inbound calls from prospective customers regarding Wedding / Event Photography, Videography and Bridal / Party Makeup. The successful candidate will have great english accent (pref. UK accent). She will ensure to give great customer service and followup on calls received, booking made, deposit paid. She will liaise with overseas based staff to coordinate and will then followup till the project is complete.
The volume is calls is not that high (approx. 10 - 15 per week. The successful candidate will also manage social media and take tasks as they come by.
The hours of the job, keeping in mind the time difference will be from 3pm to 11pm Pakistan time.
