- Responsible for construction management across all segments of the company,
- Responsible for internal coordination for scheduling and resource planning, working with Origination leads to ensure delivery mechanisms are prepared.
- Recruit, educate, train, and oversee a team of Project Managers and technical personnel across a portfolio of projects.
- Ability to provide leadership for the Delivery team and maintain continued improvement for integration throughout the company.
- Manage project level definitive documents including EPC contracts throughout the life cycle of the project to ensure proper administration is provided, and all technical and legal requirements are met.
- Ensure project partners and contractors/sub-contractors are appropriately managed, all requirements are met, and technical and/or legal issues are mitigated.
- Experienced in developing internal process and associated operating platforms, in a manner that strengthens long-term standardization of an effective EPC delivery approach.
- Ability to navigate between commercial, industrial, agricultural and residential grid tied and hybrid projects and understand the varying risks and methods of delivery between project applications.
- Driven to achieve results in a manner that meets or exceeds project targets, with a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Develop strategic partnerships with Construction partners as needed to position the company with the best partners to drive growth.
- Experience in solar EPC activities, with an understanding of typical requirements, with a strong focus on critical path items such as design, permitting, and utility interconnection.
- Understanding of solar PV system equipment, technical specifications, and prudent industry standards
- Desires increasing responsibility and is able to successfully manage across various project teams, project locations, and financing structures.
- Provide Customer Support and lead post-sales Customer Service efforts.
