· Should possess perfect and flawless communication skills, both written and verbal. Should possess the ability to clearly and timely communicate operational information to the respective HOD.
· Core strength with hands on experience in Restaurants is compulsory. Should have the ability to multi-task and manage operations in all kinds of environments both physically and mentally.
· Direct all operational aspects including Operations, Customer Service, Administration and Sales.
· Should have sound knowledge of dealing with all the procedures of Coffee making.
· Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
· Should possess the ability to meet the set Sales Targets with passion and undying motivation.
· Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
· Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
· Should possess a passion to learn, propose and implement new things that would be beneficial for the company.
· Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.
· Should possess sound knowledge of Inventory Management.
· Should have the ability to address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
· Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws. Help the branch employees achieve this as well.
· Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
· Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
· Should be flexible with timings and should be readily accessible whenever and wherever required.
