·         Assume responsibility for all aspects of coffee related operations.

·         Be capable of completing all daily operations.

·         Management of front of house: customer service, preparation and presentation of beverages and information, operational procedures, merchandising etc.

·         Management of back of house operations: Scheduling, Ordering and Sales and Profitability.

·         Cultivate a professional, friendly, efficient work environment.

·         Proactively train staff to maintain and uphold all company policies.

·         Ensure all projects and responsibilities are completed in a timely, efficient manner.

·         Handle customer complaints with professionalism and tact.

·         Proactively solve problems and make decisions that benefit the company at large.

·         Excellent communication and teaching skills Infectious love of coffee.

·         Ability to keep a calm, mature, professional demeanor when needed.

·         At least 3 years of experience in specialty coffee and the coffee industry.

·         Focused perspective on what a high-functioning coffee bar looks like and how to execute that perspective.

·         Be a model barista, both as far as bar skills, customer service and enthusiasm to share knowledge.

·         Detail-oriented.

·         Other duties as assigned by the company.
