Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager, with a focus on B2B partnerships, to join our team. This critical role involves developing and executing B2B growth strategies, nurturing relationships with partner businesses, and enhancing our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in B2B sales, preferably within the landscape, architecture, construction or related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan focused on forming new B2B partnerships in industries such as architecture, construction, real estate, and others.
  • Identify potential B2B partners in the target market, and complete appropriate research on prospective businesses' needs and strategic goals.
  • Foster and nurture long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in partner businesses.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, project management, project coordination, estimating, marketing, etc.) to offer tailored proposals that meet partner needs and contribute to our revenue goals.
  • Leverage your network, as well as various sales strategies (cold calling, networking events, social media outreach), to increase our partner portfolio.
  • Manage contract negotiations to secure the most advantageous terms for our business.
  • Consistently meet or exceed B2B sales targets set by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required; MBA preferred.
  • 4-5 years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally within the landscape, architecture, construction or related industries.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining strong B2B partnerships.
  • Proven track record in driving the sales process from plan to close, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
