We are looking for a female call center agent with excellent verbal and communication skills.
This job will require you to handle
Both Inbound and Outbound Calls.
- Answering telephone calls by clients.
- Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Identify and escalate issues to the supervisor.
- Complete call logs and reports.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Minimum Education: Graduation
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of customer service practices.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Confident and active.
- Smart working and punctual.
- Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
