• Assist in developing/strengthening LMIS for the population and health department
  • Assist M&E Manager in developing project web
  • Regular visits to the filed for installation of windows for the data base and ensures the backup of the data incorporation in MIS
  • Work in close coordination with MIS department at Head office
  • Conduct staff orientation sessions on data base and different social media tools/ applications
  • Ensures the merging of project data with government HMIS
  • Maintaining and improving existing Databases and Code
  • Investigating and using new technologies where relevant
  • Developing web portals and shaping the future of our systems
  • Working closely with clients and cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals
  • Analyzing data to effectively coordinate the installation of new systems or the modification of existing systems
  • Communicating key project data to team members and building cohesion among teams
  • Creating innovative solutions to meet technical needs
  • Testing software and fixing bugs
  • Promoting products, services, and content over social media in a way that is consistent with organization brand and social media strategy
  • Implementing social media strategies
  • Engaging with customers on social media network
  • Frosting the adoption of social media tools
  • Writing blogs, posts, monitoring the internet for related topics
  • Responsible for monitoring and administering contents on all social media platforms such as Facebook Instagram and tweeter and YouTube to build audience channel and ensure customer engagement
  • Conduct and follow up of all project activities
  • Any task assigns by the line-manager
