- Assist in developing/strengthening LMIS for the population and health department
- Assist M&E Manager in developing project web
- Regular visits to the filed for installation of windows for the data base and ensures the backup of the data incorporation in MIS
- Work in close coordination with MIS department at Head office
- Conduct staff orientation sessions on data base and different social media tools/ applications
- Ensures the merging of project data with government HMIS
- Maintaining and improving existing Databases and Code
- Investigating and using new technologies where relevant
- Developing web portals and shaping the future of our systems
- Working closely with clients and cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals
- Analyzing data to effectively coordinate the installation of new systems or the modification of existing systems
- Communicating key project data to team members and building cohesion among teams
- Creating innovative solutions to meet technical needs
- Testing software and fixing bugs
- Promoting products, services, and content over social media in a way that is consistent with organization brand and social media strategy
- Implementing social media strategies
- Engaging with customers on social media network
- Frosting the adoption of social media tools
- Writing blogs, posts, monitoring the internet for related topics
- Responsible for monitoring and administering contents on all social media platforms such as Facebook Instagram and tweeter and YouTube to build audience channel and ensure customer engagement
- Conduct and follow up of all project activities
- Any task assigns by the line-manager
