The position reports to Audit Team Leader and is responsible for conducting financial and operational audits for identifying the deviations, reinforcing the internal controls, systems and procedures while suggesting remedial measures to the process owners for making the system more effective and viable.
· Basic Responsibilities:
Carry out regional and zonal financial and operational audits as per the approved internal audit plan.
· Carry out risk assessment of zonal and regional functions to identify high risk areas for audit focus and special investigations
· Monitor implementation of SOPs and other company guidelines in all areas of operations
· Review and suggest changes in internal control system to remove weaknesses
· Carry out any other special tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
