This position reports to Head of Network or and primarily responsible to providing support in the execution of HS Network operations. The position holder support Head of Network and regional coordinators for the smooth running of program.

  DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES

·         Provide administrative and operational support to Health Services Department through the Head of Network

·         Donor / region wise data analysis for HOD and COP’s.

·         To maintain payroll details of employees and provide costing according to donors to HR on monthly basis.

·         Analyze SBMR on monthly and quarterly Basis

·         Plotting SBMR score provider on critical & Non critical indicators

·         Updating MIS: To maintain status of closure forms /addition forms of providers and update in MIS.

To update the status of each employees in MIS

·         To ensure smooth implementation of Mobilink automation process via MIS.

(Including timely activation and distribution of sims among field staff, development of art work for the automation process, provider mapping in MIS and tracking daily visit report)

·         To maintain weekly  Dashboard to be shared with Regional managers to assess performance

·         To maintain status of board forms received and send them to Operations/Procurement

·         To develop PPIUCD newsletter content and design and publish it quarterly

·         To Coordinate with Regional Managers and Area Managers for hiring and ISOW placement

·         To assess performance of Centre of Excellence clinics.

·         To work on Field Force Monitoring. To extract Variance report and sent to Regional Managers on daily basis

·         To coordinate with field staff and Data Centre to ensure all forms sent by field are being entered.

·         To monthly collect Work plans from Regional Managers and Area Managers and send to MIS and Research

·         To analyze the daily variance report of field team and prepare monthly reports for each area and team member
