DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end to end recruitment process by posting jobs on different portals and generate a quality talent pool. Shortlist candidates based on initial screening telephonic interviews.
- Producing new starter packs and carrying out new starter HR induction/ orientation.
- Maintaining and updating HR records and files as applicable.
- Monitoring daily attendance, time keeping and punctuality for all AA Web Solutions staff.
- Generate end to end monthly payroll.
- Report any concerns to the relevant manager and directors.
- Act as the first point of contact for any employee issues.
- Be an ambassador for the AA Web Solutions brand and protect the company’s image and interest at all times.
- Carry out salary benchmarking as required by the directors, for current and new roles.
- Implement and coordinate a probation and annual review system within the company.
- Implement, monitor, update and share a holiday calendar with the directors.
- Propose innovative ways of working and reducing costs.
- Taking responsibility for accounts administration in addition to HR administrative duties.
- Experience of working with accounting software.
- SAGE accounting experience desirable but not essential.
- Any other reasonable HR and Accounts duties and project work as desired by the manager and directors.
- Working closely with the UK Managing Director and HR manager to align business goals, values and culture.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal.
APPLICANT PROFILE – ABILITIES & SKILLS
- An experienced HR Manager with an interest in accounting.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a HR manager.
- Ability to report information to directors in a lucid and comprehensive manner.
- Ability to motivate staff to deliver towards a high performance culture and lead by example.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and think clearly.
- Willingness to be agile and work with AA Web Solutions in positively driving the business forward.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels via different mediums.
- Proficient user of English, (both written and verbal) to a professional/ native standard.
- Knowledge of the UK market is desirable but not essential.
- Preferably from IT industry experience.
