Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring company policies are followed.
  • Resolving HR issues to their overall satisfaction.

  • Assisting Employees whenever necessary.
  • Ensuring that health, safety, and security rules are followed.
  • Taking disciplinary action when necessary.

  • Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
  • Preparing financial reports
  • Assisting the manager in the hiring process. Scheduling interviews, assisting interviewees, etc.
