Grey Media Group is an established Business Process Outsourcing company running projects in multiple domains. We have our own onshore office in US with strong and loyal clientele. In order to fulfill the business requirements for our US clients we need some excellent Customer Service Executives for our inbound project.

Candidates must be energetic, self-motivated, self-driven and have good computer skills.
Suitable Profile for This Position:
- Must have experience in handling international clients via telephone.
- Must be available to work in evening & night shifts.
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Provide quality customer service through phone calls.
- Experience in international call center would be preferred
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- High performer with a track record of over-achievement.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills including active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Neutral or non-inflicted American accent.
- Familiarity with Internet, CRM & Web Development
