The person will be responsible for managing overall store activities including customer relationship.Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Managing complete store activities from order processing till delivery and feedback.Delivering orders all over PK and tracking their status from courier company.Management of store inventory, pricing and offers Handling of customer complaints and queries.Making/Answering customer phone calls, SMS, emails and WhatsApp messages Making 50+ calls on leeds provided on daily basis Customer relationship management Reporting of Sales, Inventory and other important info.Social Media Management (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube etc.)Qualifications:Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality, timely delivery and business profit. Able to communicate effectively with customers.Requirements:Experience of at-least 1 year in similar line of business (Online Store Management)Minimum Bachelors degree.Good verbal and written English communication skills.Experience with designing (Adobe Photoshop, HTML) will be considered plus.Experience with customer service is required Candidate should be well versed with web based systems and internet technlogies.FEMALE candidates are much encouraged to apply and will surely be prefered.There will be a BASIC SALARY along with attractive SALES COMMISSION.
