- Raising POs and managing all purchases on the store level.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- A bachelor’s degree in the relevant field of study
- Comfortable with data, excel, technology. Also, some intelligence to interpret data and make smart choices on that basis with regards to Buying.
- Maximum 2-year experience.
- Ability to work well in teams - so he can coordinate well with the FC Manager and Category team and maintain a balance.
- A keen sense of ownership, speedy execution, and resourcefulness
