Grocery Supervisor

We are looking for a committed professional with relevant experience in the grocery section of a superstore to join our team on a full-time basis. This role involves hands-on participation in daily operations to ensure smooth functioning and excellent customer service within the grocery department. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs60,000 and requires physical presence at the workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily activities within the grocery section to ensure product availability and proper presentation.
- Oversee stocking, rotation, and display of grocery items in line with store standards.
- Assist customers by addressing inquiries and providing knowledgeable support to enhance their shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grocery area to comply with health and safety regulations.
