- Critically analyze and evaluate all drawings made by Design Department and approve for sending to Manufacturing Department
- Liaison with technology partners and customers for all design developments and modifications
- Responsible to conduct Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) during the design development process
- Ensure on time design development and modification of in hand orders as per customer specification
- Liaison with Project Manager and Marketing & Sales head for accurate and on time design development in accordance with customer requirements
- Prepare and continuously update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP’s) and protocols for DFM (Design and Manufacturing)
- Take decisions about effective material management and optimum manufacturing methodologies in view of standard design practices
- Responsible for implementation of international standard for designing in all work produced by the Design Department
- Responsible to maintain audit and improve ISO system implementation
- Responsible to define security protocols of EPDM (enterprise product data management) server and make procedures of drawings/engineering documents issuance
- Responsible to ensure design and development of jigs and fixture for shop floor
- Self Motivated, mentor, trouble shooter, ability to thrive under pressure and possess positive attitude towards challenges
