Job Responsibilities
· Have to check the measurements, workmanship & fitting on mannequin
· Supports suppliers in pattern development stage for the understanding our product specificities (block patterns and measurement methods)
· To ensure the suppliers to meet the technical details and requirements of buyers
· Have to check that the sample is complying with block pattern
· Coordinate between suppliers and France team in term of technical and measurements issues
· Ensure there is no conflicting information during sample making & production
· To compliance with the safety requirements and all technical procedures.
· Proposal of improvement based on experience and incidents.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
· High school diploma/bachelor degree
· 3 to 5 years’ experience in buying office/factory.
· Good pattern making & pattern grading knowledge
· Strong problem solving and judgment skills
· Extensive knowledge about the garment production process in
· Strong personal skills and ability to resolve conflict
· Able and willing to work under pressure
· Good command in reading & writing garment fitting related comments in English
· Technically sound in any type of products (knit, sweater, woven and denim)
· Proactivity and team player.
· Good understanding of Microsoft Excel
· Illustrator / graphic software knowledge is an advantage
· Good understanding in CAD system (Lectra or others pattern making software)
