Growtelco invites dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Cold Calling Agents for an exciting Canadian telecom campaign based in Lahore. This role requires making outbound calls to prospective customers in Canada to promote company services and special offers. Selected candidates will receive professional training to develop key skills such as effective communication, persuasive sales pitch creation, and lead generation techniques. The position demands confidence in speaking, active listening, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally. This full-time role operates during evening hours to match our Canadian customer base, offering a supportive work environment and opportunities for career advancement. A team-oriented mindset is essential as you will work closely with a team of five members to achieve sales targets and maintain high-quality customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Make consistent outbound calls to potential customers located in Canada, presenting company products and promotional deals clearly and persuasively.
- Develop and deliver engaging sales pitches tailored to customer needs to generate interest and increase sales conversion rates.
- Maintain detailed records of calls including customer interactions, outcomes, and follow-up actions to support reporting and performance analysis.
- Address customer questions, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the call.
- Work collaboratively within a team of five to meet and exceed established sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Adhere to scheduled night shifts from 6 pm to 12 am, demonstrating punctuality and dedication to assigned work hours.
- Utilize basic computer skills to navigate CRM systems effectively for tracking leads, managing customer information, and reporting daily activities.
- Participate actively in ongoing training sessions to enhance selling techniques, product knowledge, and effective communication skills.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture by being punctual, hardworking, and cooperative with team members and management.
- Follow all company policies and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance and uphold the company's professional reputation.
