GrowthBound is expanding it’s Marketing Team!

We are looking for an experienced marketing manager to continue to work on our clients’ brands and flood their offices with phone calls. If you love marketing psychology and testing different strategies to increase conversions while working with an awesome team then this is the position for you! 

Once hired, you’ll find yourself emersed at the forefront of service-based business marketing and surrounded by a tech savvy team that is pushing the limits of what is possible when it comes to conversions. 

What is the day to day?

The reigns are yours! At first, you’ll work closely with our CEO to understand each client and the strategies we have developed in the past but then, you’ll call the shots. 

You’ll work closely with our team of copywriters, designers, developers & media buying specialists. You’ll analyize the data, create a marketing plan, and then execute it by carefully managing our team. Once the plan is launched, you’ll work closely with members of the team to make sure the campaign is on track, the kpi metrics are in place, and that data is being collected correctly. Then, you’ll rinse and repeat! 

You’ll meet with the CEO each day to go over the strategy, brainstorm, and to update him on the needs of the team.

The perfect candidate has 3 traits. 

1. A strong desire to learn. 

It would be incredible if you knew everything there is to know about digital marketing but let’s face it, new technology is coming out everyday and the market is constantly evolving. That means that we have to keep up and stay 2 steps ahead of our competitors and the only way to do that is to read blog articles, watch press conferences, and join Facebook groups to discuss with other marketers what is working for them and what isn’t. 

1. Killer Copywriting Skills

Our team is positioned all over the world even though we use great tools such as Grammarly, grammar mistakes slip through. You’ll be the gatekeeper that blocks all errors and critiques headlines to drive conversions through the roof.

1. Fantastic Marketing Campaign Management Skills 

Marketing campaigns often have a lot of moving parts and team members who are working on various aspects of the campaign. You’ll be able to keep track of the various parts and provide attention where and when it is needed. You’ll create reports to give to the CEO so that he can continue to build the relationship with our current clients.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven experience in B2C marketing

• Strong self-managing skills as this is a remote position

• Comfortable tracking KPIs across various marketing campaigns (cost per click, conversion rate, CPM, keyword rankings, etc.) 

• Excellent conversion copywriting skills

• In-depth knowledge of various marketing strategies such as Google Ads, SEO, social media, and others. 

• Phanatic about marketing psychology and creative on how to apply it to our campaigns.

• Outstanding communication, project management and presentation skills, including the ability to collaborate across various departments

• Ability to learn quickly, manage time effectively, and apply new tools and creative techniques to challenges

• To meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks at once in a multi-dimensional, fast-paced, and sometimes unpredictable environment

• Proven experience working independently on projects that require substantial attention to detail

Nice To Haves 

• Adobe Creative Cloud Experience (Photoshop, Premiere, InDesign, etc.) 

• Google Ad Experience 

• Wordpress (Elementor) 

• Email Marketing Experience

• Experience in Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or other leading SEO software

• Content Creation Experience

• Social Media Marketing

Compensation

• Salary: 100K - 200k PKR
