- Manage team of video producers to ensure content quality, delivery, workload and deadlines
- Oversee reporting, planning, and auditing of processes in the department
- Work with senior management to execute tasks
- Work with senior management to work on strategy and growth
- Plan shot-term and long-term goals for creative department
- Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions for the department
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
- Work with clients to ensure that creative production is in-line with expectations of clients
- Plan shot-term and long-term goals for creative department
- Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
- Assist HR with recruiting when necessary
Requirements:
-Must have good aesthetics for creative work
- Experience in client management, operations, and leadership
