We are currently looking for a data-savvy and creatively driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead acquisition, lifecycle, and retention strategies for our fintech and proptech clients. This hands-on role involves driving customer growth across paid media, CRM, funnels, and re-engagement loops, working at the intersection of finance and real estate technology. You will help scale digital-first products such as payment apps, BNPL platforms, property marketplaces, and smart building solutions. Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Acquisition:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn (for proptech), and finance blogs or affiliates (for fintech). Own channel mix strategy, budgets, targeting, and customer acquisition cost (CAC) goals. Conduct A/B testing on copy, creatives, hooks, and placements to improve return on ad spend (ROAS) and sign-up or lead conversions. Launch new experiments to identify breakout growth angles and scalable audiences.
Tracking, Attribution & Reporting:
Implement conversion tracking across apps, websites, and CRM events. Manage attribution using GA4, Adjust, and Meta Events Manager. Build dashboards and conduct weekly performance reviews to monitor CAC, lifetime value (LTV), and funnel health. Collaborate with product and tech teams to ensure accurate tracking of user actions such as loan applications, property listings, sign-ups, and transactions.
Funnels, Landing Pages & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
Work closely with design and content teams to develop campaign-specific landing pages. Optimize key fintech and proptech funnels, including mortgage calculators, rent lead forms, and payment sign-up flows. Recommend iterative improvements to reduce drop-offs and increase conversion rates.
Lifecycle Marketing & Retention:
Design lifecycle journeys using email, push notifications, and in-app engagement. Automate campaigns triggered by user behavior, such as onboarding, loan or transaction completion, property view follow-ups, and churn win-back. Collaborate with CRM teams to enhance LTV while balancing acquisition economics. Utilize tools like Hubspot or Customer.io to run tests and optimize customer journeys.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 8 years of experience in growth or performance marketing within fintech, proptech, marketplaces, e-commerce, real estate, or app-based businesses.
- Proven success in scaling campaigns profitably and reducing CAC.
- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, GA4, Adjust, and attribution models.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Hubspot or Customer.io for retention marketing.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills combined with creative storytelling abilities.
- In-depth understanding of fintech and proptech growth metrics, including CAC vs. LTV tracking, funnel conversions, property lead generation, tenant/agent acquisition, and occupancy rates.
- Experience managing international campaigns, multi-language audiences, or working in regulated industries is a significant advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

This is a full-time, long-term remote position based in Pakistan, with working hours aligned to the UAE time zone (approximately 10 AM to 7 PM Pakistan time). You will be employed by Fivestaff Pakistan and work closely with one of our client companies.
