This is an office-based job, please don't apply if you can't come to our office in Bahria town, Islamabad daily.

We are a fast-growing e-commerce services company looking for a skilled and passionate Client Onboarding and Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding of new clients and the smooth operation of their stores. You will work closely with clients and various internal teams to ensure their satisfaction and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients to ensure successful landing and onboarding
  • Ensure all stores are in compliance with company policies
  • Address and resolve any issues or queries on a daily basis for all clients
  • Troubleshoot and understand client issues by contacting them via phone or email
  • Coordinate with different departments to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction
  • Monitor and track client performance metrics, and provide insights to management
  • Work with internal teams to improve onboarding processes and workflows
  • Maintain documentation and reports related to client operations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, client onboarding or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and tools such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in customer service or client support is a plus
