We are an “IT Firm” mainly working in the E-commerce Industry with clients worldwide but predominately in the USA.

The "Customer Support Executive - Ecommerce" will be responsible for performing a number of key tasks required to help streamline and manage the day-to-day operations of the online stores.

Some of the key tasks are

  1. Answering messages of the buyers
  2. Handling return requests, cases, and payment disputes
  3. Managing feedback and resolving issues leading to negative feedback in the stores
  4. Fix item listing mistakes.
  5. Onboarding Clients
  6. Making Reports

We provide training to bring the skill set of the right fit up to the mark.

Preferred Skill sets and Personal Traits:

  1. The ideal candidates should have a strong command over MS Excel, and should be confident, have good communication skills, be well groomed, and have the ability to multi-task and work effectively & efficiently under pressure.
  2. Should be able to work from our office in Rawalpindi, Bahria Town, phase 7
