Job Description

GTNWire is a USA based company which provides all e-commerce solutions, we are looking for Administration / HR Manager for our Lahore office for the permanent third shift (Night Shift). Candidates must have good knowledge of employment law and policy making. Candidate should be punctual and should have leadership skills who can manage the whole company as HR Manager & Admin Manager.

Requirements:

Human Resources:

  1. The candidate is Complete responsible for all management of Administration & HR activities.
  2. Attend Board and Executive Committee meetings, disseminating information between governance bodies and staff, and reporting on workplace operations and other matters as necessary.
  3. Assist the CEO with the development of long-range and annual plans, and with the evaluation and reporting of progress on plans.
  4. Payroll increments & bonuses. 
  5. Candidate must have the knowledge of employee’s law and implementation.
  6. Research and inscribe discussion papers, analysis documents, and proposals as needed to assist the organization in determining and meeting its long and short-term goals.
  7. Develop annual plan for staffing at the workplace, for approval of CEO.
  8. Hiring Firing and Transfer. 
  9. Ensure that all staff members receive appropriate training to perform their jobs effectively.
  10. Assist the CEO in administering the affairs of the company in accordance with company's policies, instructions of CEO and contracts according to all applicable laws.

Administration:

  1. Address day to day admin tasks.
  2. Record keeping and maintenance of all organizational assets.
  3. Coordinate with hired vendors/firms/contractors to ensure repair and maintenance projects are conducted smoothly and on time.
  4. Prepare relevant incident reports for any accident occurs in official buildings.
  5. Planning for admin tasks and to report irregularities, disorders, and mismanagements to CEO.
  6. Dress code according to the company policy.
  7. Taking action against any disciplinary violation.
  8. Managing & purchasing.
  9. Administrative reporting to the CEO.

Must have:

  1. Must be Confident have good Negotiation, presentation skills, and Communication skills.
  2. Good command on English language (verbal/Writing strong skills)
  3. Regular & Punctual
  4. Critical analysis and argument skills
  5. Policy making and implementation
