- Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required.
- Reconcile accounts with the general ledger daily, monthly and yearly transactions.
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
- Handle general account queries
- Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements
- Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation, and analysis
- Expert in QuickBooks enterprise (Accounting Software)
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.

- Competency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Data entry and Powerpoint processing skills.
