- Answer/solve customer inquiries on call, email and live chat.
- Handle customer’s queries/requests for information through email and chat support.
- have good professional speaking skills in English.
- Co-ordinate with customers for the purposes of business development, determination of their expectations/requirements, monitor client satisfaction and obtain feedback.
- Carry out any other activity assigned by the Head of Department/Team Leader.
- Communication with international staff for the quires.
