- Managing incoming and outgoing individuals/visitors.
- Opening and closing the gate.
- Applying security rules and protocols.
- Preventing access to anyone carrying a weapon.
- Carrying out patrols within the premises.
- Managing office building after office hours, (checking that windows and doors are closed properly, at night and outside working or opening hours)
- Being alert to and reporting incidents according to established protocol.
- Reporting damage or malfunctions found on equipment or premises.
- Guiding vehicles entering and leaving the premises.
- Conducting minor maintenance of the exterior lighting, generator, and water pump.
- Checking and filling tanks (water, generator fuel)
- Starting generator when required. Recording operating hours and fuel consumption of the generator.
- Assisting with loading and unloading vehicles.
- Keeping exteriors clean (waste removal, cleaning aisles, courtyard, etc.)
- Carrying out minor gardening duties, watering plants.
