Gul Ahmed Textile Mills Limited is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant with at least four years of hands-on experience to join their dynamic team. The consultant will act as the system and process owner for all Human Resources, Procurement, and Finance-related enterprise applications, including ERP, Business Intelligence, and workflow tools. This role requires expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management modules, with a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Applications and integration technologies. The successful candidate will manage a team of five professionals, guiding them to ensure seamless implementation, continuous improvement, and alignment of financial workflows with the organizations business objectives. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong skills in business process analysis, user training, and support, alongside technical expertise in API development and Oracle Integration Cloud. The role demands proactive engagement with stakeholders to analyze and optimize system functionalities to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy. The Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant will serve as both a strategic advisor and hands-on contributor, providing comprehensive solutions that leverage Oracle Fusion Applications to meet the evolving needs of the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary system and process owner for all HR, Procurement, and Finance-related enterprise applications including Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management.
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of financial workflows to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with the companys strategic goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of five consultants, providing guidance, training, and support to foster professional development and achieve department objectives.
- Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for enhancement within Oracle Cloud ERP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and configure Oracle Fusion applications tailored to meet business requirements.
- Develop and implement API integrations and workflows utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud and other tools to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Deliver user training programs and provide ongoing support to maximize adoption and effective use of Oracle Fusion modules.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle Fusion products and industry best practices to recommend innovative solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and translate them into functional specifications for system enhancements.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards through effective system controls and audits.
- Coordinate with technical teams to test and validate system modifications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Prepare and provide comprehensive documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user manuals.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively to maintain optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
- Participate in project planning, status reviews, and post-implementation assessments to continually improve operational effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication between business units and IT to ensure transparency and alignment of application solutions with organizational goals.
