We are Gulf Falcon General Trading LLC (UAE), looking to hire a skilled and professional Procurement & Pricing Officer to join our new operations office in Pakistan.

The candidate will be responsible for:

Preparing RFQs, collecting offers, and evaluating quotations (technical & commercial).
Sourcing mechanical, electrical, industrial, and oil & gas materials from local and international suppliers.
Reviewing datasheets, specifications, BOQs, drawings, and product catalogs.
Managing daily communication with suppliers through email and phone.
Comparing vendor quotations and preparing detailed pricing sheets.
Working on ERP systems for inquiries, purchase orders, and supplier management.
Maintaining organized records of quotations, supplier lists, and procurement documents.
Supporting the UAE & Iraq teams in tender preparation and pricing activities.

Preferred Candidate:

Strong knowledge of mechanical & electrical materials.
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Zoho, or similar).
Strong skills in MS Excel, technical evaluation, and supplier handling.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
