Job Responsibilities:
- Able to handle multiple Microsoft Dynamics-GP environments, including development,
- testing and production
- Be proficient with customization and integration tools, Modified Forms and Reports, SSRS, and Smart List Builder
- Actively maintain users, roles, security, profiles and workflow rules
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics-GP user problems and deliver resolutions in a timely
- manner
- Develop and maintain database backup & recovery, disaster recovery, and business
- continuity procedures
- Expected to provide help-desk end-user support of Microsoft Dynamics-GP, Intranet, Networking, and other Microsoft Dynamics-GP applications as needed
- Good understanding of Microsoft SQL Server Database administration, maintenance, upgrades, backup, and recovery
- Willing and flexible to work in all areas of Information Technology as needed
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by the line manager
