- Manage all communication with vendors and consultants for various multiple projects and provide engineering and technical support to clients.
- Design and oversee the construction of MEP systems for new buildings or renovations, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical
- Weekly meeting with the Director for the update the status of all the projects.
- Develop project proposals, feasibility studies, and cost estimates
- Prepare contract documents and specifications

- Keep abreast of new technology and developments in the field
- Attend conferences and continuing education courses to maintain professional licensure
- Write reports detailing project findings and recommendations
