Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and evaluate the company's processes, practices and procedures with respect to ISO standards
- Implement techniques to develop the company's QHSE System
- Participate in periodic management review meetings and implementation of agreed actions
- Maintain records & reports, documenting deviations & non-conformities.
- Developing emergency response plan before crane operations
- Conduct Quality management, Health and Safety awareness trainings on a regular basis
- Liaison with internal departments, external auditors, authorities and customers regarding QHSE matters
- Conduct regular equipment, site inspections and daily audits, inspecting personnel protective equipment (PPEs) and ensuring the health & safety of all employees is maintained
- Review customer feedback, identifying grey areas and devising strategies to improve the process
- Coordinate with Head Office regarding Site related issues or queries
- Liaise and coordinate with Operations Manager regarding day-to-day operations and projects
- Any other task assigned by the Management
