Our team at GuruTrax Solutions is looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our IT solutions and services department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Business Development Manager, you'll need to:
Prospect for new clients by networking, specifically through LinkedIn, Nimble and other CRM.
- Email campaigning, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
- Plan persuasive approaches and pitches to convince clients to do business with the company.
- Create and improve rapport with the company’s IT related services with new clients.
- Liaise with management, marketing, and technical team to understand their skills, and develop customized pitches.
- Strategic planning is a key part of this job description since it is your responsibility to develop the pipeline of new business coming into the company.
- Following up on potential leads, creating engagement with returning clients, and coordinating support services.
- Having a substantial knowledge on preparing online bids, creating proposals and recruiting jobs through popular freelance platforms like UpWork, Freelancer, WeWorkRemotely etc. will be an added advantage.
