Job Description
- To lead & maintain the company as a provider of quality projects.
- To identifying opportunities, lead feasibility studies, acquire projects (tendering, JVs etc.) and ensure completion within time & budget while maintaing quality standards of RC.
- Head technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
- Oversee design team for developing detailed designs
- Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors
- Oversee staff while compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures
- Resolving design and development problems
- Working with CFO for managing budgets and project resources
- Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries
- Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety
- Assessing the sustainability and environmental impact of projects
- Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time
CORE COMPETENCIES:
- Relevant Experience: B.E Civil with at least 5+ years of construction & development experience.
- Team Leadership: Experience managing a high performing team senior leaders, with the ability to qualify talent and make effective hiring decisions is required.
- Key Performance Indicator Reporting: Experience identifying and appropriately managing key performance indicators across the construction group.
- Acquisition Experience: Proven track record of identifying and completing multiple acquisitions. This includes land acquisitions for development opportunities and the acquisition of existing properties. Ideally, the candidate will have a track record of completing multiple acquisitions on an annual basis.
- Executive Leadership: Experience in working with senior executives in an open, honest, and candid environment. Ability to make productive contributions in a collaborative culture where idea sharing and problem solving often take on a team based approach.
