During Management Trainee Program, trainee will be integrated into our professional teams to add insight and value to existing projects as well as work on new projects at H Cube BMG Pvt. Ltd. Through these experiences, mentoring, and multidisciplinary environment trainee will gain an understanding of the skills needed to be successful within our company.

1. Supply Chain Manager
Logistics Manager shall be responsible for the operational oversight and client relationships of multiple accounts. Manages the complete operations of the complex supply chains for the accounts under his supervision. Must interact timely and effectively with the customers and our strategic partners, maintain a thorough knowledge of the on-line transaction management system, have a solid understanding of the global ocean and air freight markets, establish value creation goals by identifying efficiencies in the client’s supply chains, and provide exceptional customer service.
1.1 Duties of the Supply Chain/ Logistics Manager include:
· Daily management and operational oversight of all assigned accounts.
· Responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships
· Responsible for all origin management to include Vendors/Factories, Agents and Origin offices.
· Develop and implement processes to improve both client supply chains as well as internal operational procedures.
· Develop and maintain internal client SOPs
· Work directly with the client to develop KPI’s/Reporting to enhance communication, visibility, and control of their supply chains. Responsible for conducting Quarterly Business Reviews.
· Maintain Departmental records, spreadsheets and/or databases for historical and performance reporting purposes for the appropriate account branches. Adapt existing records keeping methods and assist in the development of new processes to meet the needs of H Cube Logistics.
· Work with the Sr. Manager, Retail Logistics to develop pricing strategies in key client markets leveraging current volumes to improve profit margins.
· Identify areas to improve service levels, problem resolution, and proactive approach with service providers and systems for each client.
· Escalate service failures and issues to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution.
· Identify areas to add value to each account supply chain.
· Continue to develop skills with regards to Customs Compliance, Import/Export, ISF, and Technology.
· Manage various H Cube Logistics projects as necessary.
1.2 Requirements of the role:
· Master’s Degree.
· Exceptional customer relations ability with analytical and technical skills that can be utilized to produce creative ideas/solutions. Logistics Engineering background preferred.
· Intermediate PC knowledge in Excel and Word. Access knowledge preferred.
· Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
· Proven communication and critical, time sensitive decision-making skills.
· Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills, self-directed work style with ability to work in a team environment.
· Knowledge of import and export process preferred.
- Tendering knowledge is a must.
