During Management Trainee Program, trainee will be integrated into our professional teams to add insight and value to existing projects as well as work on new projects at H Cube BMG Pvt. Ltd. Through these experiences, mentoring, and multidisciplinary environment trainee will gain an understanding of the skills needed to be successful within our company.

1. Finance Manager Job Description
o Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine present and forecasted financial health of the company
o Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary
o Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
o Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company
o Research and analyze financial reports and market trends
o Use financial modeling to simulate financial scenarios
o Present potential scenarios and outcomes to management team
o Manage the preparation and publication of departmental and organization financial documents
o Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategies
o Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles
o Develop or recommend solutions for problems or situations
- Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings
- Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
- Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
2. Qualification
Advanced degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field; superior mathematical skills; leadership skills and experience; employee management; understanding of data privacy standards; solid communication skills, both written and verbal; public speaking skills; deep understanding of business principles and practices; superior attention to detail; organizational skills; planning skills; research skills; analytical skills; critical thinking skills; problem-solving skills; computer skills; multi-tasking abilities; integrity, honesty.
