He will be responsible for everything that goes on in our kitchen,required to oversee work of subordinates & all dishes from start to finish meeting health & safety standards and dreaming up new Recipes,Controlling & direct the food preparation process,foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co workers,maintaining /raising the foods margins,maintaining & controlling stock levels,estimating costs and ensuring all purchases come within budget.
