• Tasks work-plan coordination and control, this involves setting up plans, tracking actual progress, and reporting variances.
• Coordinating Task execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.

• Provision of standard data analysis and metrics e.g. earned value and productivity analysis.
