  • coordinate with the team and book engineers according to the tickets recived

  • manage tickets 
  • coordinate to resolve issues with client 
  • Book dispatch engineer requests
  • Coordinate with internal resources and third parties partners for the flawless execution of key strategic projects


  • Intermediate to advanced skills in using spreadsheets

  • Strong organizational, dependency-management and coordination skills to get things done in a fast paced environment

  • Strong written and oral communication skills and experience working with highly varied teams

  • Proven ability to persuade and communicate to partner teams to ensure success of project

  • Executive-level effectiveness in analysis, presentation, synthesis, and summarization of multiple viewpoints
