Summary
A technical recruiter is responsible for all aspects of the sourcing and hiring of IT professionals to fill technical positions. A technical recruiter will work to identify and fill job openings, interview candidates, and keep records of applications.
Key Responsibilities
1. Global Resource Hunting
2. Filling resources need for temporary and permanent technical staffing
3. Conducting screening of international recruitment through emails, calls, zoom meetings
4. Strong coordination with project team on daily basis to meet the need of technical staff requirement.
5. Making plans and finding best strategies to hunt best resources globally.
6. Advertising the job and posting it to multiple channels to attract new talent to fulfil the needs of task management.
7. Coordinating schedules and arranging technical interviews
8. Maintaining company database in reference to the international resources and continuously working on expanding this database withy valuable IT personnel
9. Building and maintain good relation with existing and new temporary and permanent international technical persons
10. Any other assigned task.
