Project work plan coordination and control that involves setting up plans, tracking actual progress and reporting variances.
Coordinating project/task execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule and scope.
Submit task/project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Global Resource Management and pooling sufficient data of international engineer’s/human resources.
Establish and execute a task/project communication plan.
Record maintenance of task/activities and of required documentation of clients and engineers.
Keep the portal updated on daily basis.
Monitor or track task/project milestones and deliverables.
Manage task/project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
Day to day management of various project control processes, including deliverable configuration management, issue and risk management, resource management and quality management.
Complete ownership of position / assigned work and tasks (from the origin till execution i.e. Booking, Execution, Billing and escalation, if any) with high spirit.
Managing all the required databases for clients/engineers related to the required project or task.
Managing the client stock and keeping a proper track in coordination with the France office dedicated resources.
Any other task as may be assigned by the company from time to time.
