• Ensuring a flawless IT related service delivery to the clients
  • Defining stepwise mechanism to implement quality check and balance to the whole process/execution of project/task (IT projects)
  • Time to time inspection of the services at different stages of project execution
  • Developing strategies of inspection for accuracy of all activities performed related to company’s projects.
  • To keep the focus on providing promising services through all means
  • Measuring that all operations performed for client services delivery, shall meet the standards/SOP’s
  • Identifying the flaws and quick reporting of these to the management/assigned supervisor
  • Monitoring all incoming and outgoing activities and detecting issues
  • Reviewing service delivery outcomes on a scale of satisfactory services
  • Keep on improving to set high standards of quality in organization’s delivered services
