- To develop, periodically monitor and review Governance Documents (Policies, Procedural Manuals, Frameworks, Product / Process Document etc.) across the Bank and coordinate with stakeholders for periodic updates, feedback and onwards submission for approvals.
- To assist the line manager in coordinating with relevant stakeholders / process owners for identification and bridging of procedural gaps as per control requirements / industry best practices.
- To assist in the process of review, feedback and submission for approval and maintenance of Governance Documents in line with the Bank’s approved framework.
- To assist line manager in coordinating with stakeholders (IT / Operations, Compliance Division etc.) for changes and amendments affected in core banking system as per regulatory requirement / industry best practices.
- To assist line manager in regularization of SP&P related irregularities and removal of delinquencies highlighted during inspection / internal audit reports and ensure that relevant objections are removed /addressed in close coordination with respective stakeholders.
- To undertake end to end process i.e. issuance and hosting of centralized (Information & Instructions) circulars and updated governance documents (Policy & Procedures etc.) on Bank’s web portal.
- To ensure that proper arrangements are made for disaster recovery and the respective data / MIS is available to handle any possible situation.
- To carry out any task / project assigned by Unit Head – P&P.
