Plan, define, install and configure PeopleSoft and other enterprise systems and procedures including LAN and WAN networks, PC testing, server hardware and operating systems.
Monitor, analyze, tune and otherwise maintain enterprise applications performance Troubleshoot any issues regarding networks, software, hardware and operating systems.
Collaborate with vendors and other staff to develop, evaluate, install and test software enhancements.
Research technical and industry related issues in the PeopleSoft and enterprise applications area.
Assist in requirements gathering, design, configuration, technical specifications, integration, data migration, testing, UAT, change management, documentation, training, roll out plans, pre & post implementation setups/configuration and support.
Responsible for report development, interfaces, customization and enhancements for the Applications.
Responsible for the provision of development, test and production environments.
Responsible for monitor all activities related to integration of other systems
Perform end to end integration testing using interfaces (technical team)
Work closely with the other team members for interfacing, integration and mutual operations requirement.
Perform trend analysis and initiate corrective actions
